Shipping policy

Prints

Rolled print orders (paper) typically ship out within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the day of order. Framed print orders (paper) take longer to prepare and usually ship within 5 - 10 days from the day of order. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Original Art Pieces 

Shipping is calculated at check out and costs vary depending on where you are in the world. 

Local Pickup (Original paintings)

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 2-3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.

Duties & Taxes

Original paintings, paper and canvas prints rolled or framed, going outside U.K may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pete Hawkins is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us by email with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
